Сидит кот на крыше.
Сидит кот на крыше,

В молчанье он слышит,

В молчании жутко
Кричит где-то утка,
Она тоже видит чьи-то глаза,
Сверлящие землю с невиданной силой
Почище любого рентгена-луча.
Очки потерял небожитель когда-то,
А кот, что на крыше, очки те нашел
Ему возвратить бы стекляшки обратно,
А он по делам своим молча ушел.
Вот так и лежат те очки, что на крыше.
А наш небожитель, увы, близорук.
Ему предназначено зорким быть свыше,
А он без очков вроде как бы без рук.
